Does my carpet have to be cleaned first?  

No, as part of our unique dyeing process, the carpet is effectively deep cleaned during the dyeing application as part of our proprietary "DyeClean, OneStep" process. All you have to do is vacuum thoroughly before we arrive.

Our process leaves the carpet in a "squeeky" clean condition and in a balanced neutral pH level. This causes the natural beauty and clarity of the original carpet colors to be revived.
